What we build

SanMejora builds AI services that sit beside the systems government departments already run, capture citizen requests in the citizen's own words, and keep an official in control of every decision. Our current product is Praja Seva Sahayak, an AI services layer for citizen grievance management designed around Karnataka's iPGRS (Janaspandana) and the Praja Seva Abhiyana counters.

How we work

Every AI output is a suggestion that an official confirms, edits or rejects; nothing changes a government record without a human action. Models run on Indian-hosted infrastructure, personal data is redacted before any model call, and every suggestion is logged for audit. The platform is built from a social-engagement system our founding engineer built and operates in production for consumer brands.
